3. Fees & Payment

Service fees will be communicated in advance. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

All client information shared with us will be treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely consultancy, we are not responsible for any financial losses, penalties, or damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are encouraged to make independent business decisions.

6. Insurance Services Disclaimer

We also provide advisory and assistance in all types of insurance services, including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, and other related policies. While we guide clients in choosing the best policies, final responsibility lies with the client to review the terms and conditions of insurance providers. We are not liable for claims, disputes, or rejections arising from insurance companies.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
